Strong for 23 IN 2011 is OVER!

Strong for 23 in 2011

Well January is over people!!

Back in the beginning of January my dear friend Pam and I came up with the idea of committing to 23 days of working out during the first month of 2011. We had both been in a slump and needed a challenge to jump start the new year with.

The rules were simple:

1. Workout for at least 23 days of the 31 days in January.
THATS IT!! THATS THE ONLY RULE!!

How did everyone do?? I worked out 21 of the 31 days in January, definitely proud of that!


So I didn't reach the 23 days? WHO CARES! I never have winners and losers in any of my challenges, if you step up and at least accept the challenge then you have already won in my book. I hope it was a great month for everyone, lets push it harder in the month of February!
