That is SOOOO awesome Alan. Congratulations on all your accomplishments. Weight lifting is HARD stuff. When I have trouble with my knees (which is all the time because I have scar tissue in one) my physical therapist suggested to warm up on the stationary bike for just like 5 minutes because I start doing my strength training to warm your legs up and stretch out your knees, hamstrings and calfs. Yay for you, I'm so happy!

Excellent loss!!! Great job man. All the work is paying off big time. Also congrats on upping the weights. It's always a great feeling to put more on the bars!
