Awesome blog dude! It really is the small stuff we have to look forward too! I remember when I was in HS i ordered my rin, and it it perfect. over the years, it got shoved in a drawer somewhere, kinda a situation like yours. I got mine and... even on a hot humid day, the darn thing falls off. I have to wrap an entire band aid around the bottom to get it to stay on! I'm no where near done losing weight, but im going to keep that thing the same size forever. This way I'll always have a reminder of how fat my fingers (and I) were.

Keep on pushing on dude!

Your Video Blog didn't suck at all. It ROCKED! Congrats on your non scale victory. I had a huge one this week as well with a pair of shorts I have owned for 9 yrs and they never fit. I wore them yesterday. Non Scale Victories are very important and extremely motivating.
Keep on going Alan, you are a true inspiration. You have come so far, you can only go up from here. Hugs!!

Oh, Alan. I know I'm years behind, but I'm so sorry about your father's passing.

You are so strong. In body, mind and spirit.

Thanks for doing a vlog! I was missing your face & voice. :)

Your video has left me speechless Alan. Such a beautiful story and it confirmed my suspicion that you are one of the most awe-inspiring and motivating men I have ever met in my short (ha!) life. BTW, I have a good jeweler for you to reduce that ring and wear it proudly. :) -Dana
