I am SO with you on the whole "cheat" thing...I mean, yeah, every once in a while it's okay to have a small dish of ice cream or something but I hate the idea of calling things "good" and "bad" (and "cheat" indicates "bad.")

And yeah...you do say "water" funny ;-)

Have you ever tried melatonin for sleeping? I love it...I take one about an hour before bed and it makes me nice and sleepy.

sometimes I think it is so unfair *lol* that guys loose weight much quicker than women... but... still I love getting in shape...

Did you ever try swimming? I love it... feel so light and I enjoy the water so much...

I think you say "water" just like a New Yorker, so it sounds right to me ;) Everyone else is just wrong. LOL!

Congrats on staying the same. I like to view this as an adjustment period, our body just needs some time to catch up to all the workouts and healthy eating we may be doing.

Your are definitely looking smaller and that's awesome. Remember the scale isn't the only measurement of weight loss. I applaud you are getting away from "cheat" days. Food isn't good or bad, its just food. Have want you want and like you said compensate with a little more exercise or an extra walk.

Have you heard of Dream Water? It's a natural sleep aid. My friends swear by it. I have some samples at home from an event that I am not going to use. I'd be happy to send them to you if you want to try it. Let me know!

I hate the word "cheat" also, and don't do "cheat days." For one, it gives me an opportunity to binge (or makes the changes higher), and for two, I don't think it's best to look at things as good versus bad.
Melatonin, as Karen said, works for many people to help fall asleep. My insomnia is chronic so I'm on Ambien for it, but I wouldn't recommend unless you exhausted all options. Keep up the great work!

You're right that it's not making progress if you allow the bad stuff to creep back in.
