You make a lot of really good points here--those small decisions add up. Thanks for the reminder. Also--kind of weird of me to say, but your hands look like they're getting thinner. Just thought I'd point that out.

String 'em all together, and that's what you got - total success. It's a series of decisions. You won't always make the right ones, but the longer the chain you create each time, the better off you'll be. Try to pause just a moment longer when decision time comes. I know it comes a million times a day and that time can add up, but it's NOT wasted time. Pause, play through both options - not only how they'll turn out immediately, but also shortly after and long term after :)

I really admire you for posting this. Going to the gym is hard to do especially after a long day. I even have a hard time just doing a video on somedays but I'm getting better at it. Yoga has become my go to dvd because something is better than nothing. Great vlog...thanks for the inspiration!
