Wow Alan, great loss this week. I'm definitely committing to drinking 100oz of water for my next weigh-in.

One thing--do you actually drink out of those plastic bottles? I hope you recycle/reuse! :)

Water has never been my issue...I am a HUGE proponent of it. In fact, my body is super sensitive and if I don't get enough, I feel sick!

Alan - I'm so excited for you! 5lbs is a great loss. I'm also super impressed with your water intake. I average about 100oz, but I really should try for more. I can definitely feel the difference when I slack on it. Thanks for the reminder :)

I have been real good at exercising every day - 30mins. I drink a lot of water (I love water!). But I have not added in weight training. I need to get that in my plan. Congrats on your 5lb loss!
