This visit was different, I am back in control and things have been great since the start of the new year. My RD told me she could tell from my face expressions that I was doing better, she knows by the look on my face whether I am struggling or kicking ass and taking names. She weighed me in and the scale said I was down 6 lbs since the last time I saw her which was in December. I was pleased with that, of course I would like to have seen a larger number but after getting down to 387 lbs and then sabotaging myself back to 416 lbs I was just happy to see the scale moving in the right direction again.
So my official current weight is :
After I weighed in we discussed how my eating was going and I showed her a copy of my food diaries that I have been tracking through MyFitnessPal, she loved them! I have never been able to write down what I eat in the past, I would always stop after about a week. MyFitnessPal makes it so easy and I would highly recommend everyone check it out. I told her since I was finally back on track I wanted to jumpstart my weight loss a little bit by cutting my calories some and she agreed that we could do that. So we changed my meal plan and took my daily calorie intake from 2300 to 2000 calories.
