First, Congratulations on your great week! *high five* Second, I could totally relate when you spoke about getting angry with yourself when family members would ask if you were doing anything to lose weight ... I HATE(d) those conversations and the fact that I let myself get to the place where they felt like they needed to speak to me about it. Last but not least, kudos for helping your sisters reach their goals.... it's always easier when you have someone behind you that you know truly cares about your outcome. I hope you have a good week as well!
