That 3 pounds? Pfffft. Your overall trend is DOWN so don't sweat it that when you're sick, your body can only tolerate certain, basic foods. I crave Gingerale and crackers when I'm sick. And it's okay. I am rarely sick!

Alan, dont worry about the gain. Its probably from the sodium in the soup and the crackers. Glad you're back at the gym! Love the vlog as usual. I also watched the 600 lb journey last night. Very eye opening. Keep up your determination, you are amazing. :)
