Do it for you first.

March 5th is always a tough day for me, I lost my Dad 12 years ago on this day. That day will always be the most pivotal moment in my life.

Your dad is watching you Alan and I bet he's very proud of you. ((Hug))

Hugs...thank you for sharing yourself so openly and genuinely. It takes as long as it needs to take...and I am glad you figured this out and stopped beating yourself up. And I am glad you recognized how important it was to do this for are a good man Alan.

I know how you feel about wishing your Dad was there for certain milestones. My Dad missed the publishing of my book and he missed the birth of my grandson. I think a lot depends on how old we are/were when our fathers' died. I was 48 and you were only 17 or 18...big difference! We;ll have to raise a glass to our Dad's at Fitbloggin! Are you going?

I'm so sorry you lost your dad at such a young age. Like the others said, he is watching over you. Thank you for being an inspiration to me. :)

Yo man,

You gotta do you first. You're doing an incredible job, and in life, that's all you can really do. Realize that you've got it in you to win, which you do, and then just continue to crush it. Your site is great and you're clearly crushing it. Keep up the great work.
