Banana Cookie Butter Ice Cream


This is my spin on a healthy banana cookie butter ice cream! Its quick and easy to make and tastes amazing!

    1. I blender I have is a Ninja Blender, it should work with a regular one also!

  6. This whole time, I've been wondering, "What on earth is cookie butter? Does he mean cookie batter?" And then you pulled out a jar labeled cookie butter, and my mind was blown. :)

    I also have blended frozen berries with my frozen bananas before. Amazing! Although it does almost completely overwhelm the banana taste.

    1. aaaand... I'll be adding frozen berries the next time I make this. Which will probably be tonight, since I'm now obcessed with Cookie Butter. Awesome suggestion! :)

  8. I love frozen bananas a great way to salvage the ones that are getting old :) I also salvage my grapes that way too. Your ice cream looks great :)

  9. Awesome! The last few times we have gone to Trader Joe's, I have passed up that Cookie Butter. Darn! Next time, it's going in the cart. This recipe sounds awesome.

  10. Nice! I shop at TJ's but have never seen that cookie butter. But I would likely use almond butter. I love to experiment with frozen natural sorbets-- yesterday made one with frozen coconut water ice cubes and fresh chopped pineapple. Also like frozen banana and coconut water.
