Wow! You are such an inspiration! My highest weight was 317 and I am currently 292. I completely understand everything you are saying here. I wish you much success on your journey!! I'll be watching! ;-)
I completely agree with everything you said in this vlog, Alan! I am so in the same mind set as you. I started to get comfortable and I think that is why I haven't loss any weight in 2 weeks. I want more, this is what I needed to hear. Congrats on your milestone. Love the determination and drive you have. Keep it up! :)
Alan! You are such an inspiration! You look so handsome my friend! I'm so glad that you went to the wedding and had a great time. Congrats on the loss and I'm cheering you on for the next milestone! I know you can do it! :)
Congrats on breaking through that important milestone!! And for feeling good in your own skin. That's something I haven't felt lately, but am working my way back.
It's interesting that you use the word "comfortable" in two very different ways (negative and positive). And I love love love that you say it like it is, even if you are a guy. ;-) You are evolved!!
Alan, this is what i tell my self all the time! dont fall in love with the mirror! i fall in to comfort zones and have to fight my way out! your words echo my exact feelings. thank you

ReplyDeleteComfort is dangerous. For me, it started off as comfort, and then it turned into laziness, and the next thing I knew, I had put on over 100 pounds.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing awesome; keep it up!
