Together we CAN do anything!! Well said. This week was all about getting back to basics....workouts, sleep schedule, food, work, family. After FitBloggin and the 2 day stop in Denver, I needed to feel grounded.

Learning to take the starts and stops as part of the processa not failures.

Congratulations on the loss! Getting knocked out of a routine can be really hard, but you certainly persevered through it!
