Congrats on the loss this week! Yay for interval training! I love it... lots of low impact options for you. I can so relate to struggling to get to bed on time... as you can tell by this time stamp. Oh how cool of Polar to have an app and use bluetooth! Have fun with it, hope it works really well for you.
