I don't think I've ever commented on here, but you were a huge inspiration to me over a year ago when I was working really hard to lose weight. I am about 100 pounds overweight, and even though I'm miserable about it, I'm not doing anything right now to fix it. I'm eating terrible foods, and then feeling bad after I do it (like Chipotle for dinner tonight and a cheesesteak, mozz sticks and pierogies for dinner last night). Ugh. I don't know how to get started again, but I know I'm getting in the right mindset when I come here to check on you. :-) Keep up your awesome hard work!!!!! Maybe I'll be around the weight-loss blogs and twitter again soon....

I always used to get dissapointed when i only lost 1 pound but then i looked on google images at what 1 pound of fat looks like and its alot so now im happy with any loss :) ..but like you, i always have a bigger loss the week after a smaller one, it must be the bodies way of resting before burning more fat...you look great by the way, i've been following your blog for a while and you look completely different now..i think more than just your weight loss the most inspiring thing is the way you never give up, you just keep going no matter what, and you even blog gains (most people just don't blog when they gain) and that honesty is great, when so many of us are sharing the same struggle to get fit and healthy.
