I can relate to those stubborn 10 lbs - but we all know it is a journey and we have our mile stones - so it is always work in progress.

Awesome progress to date Alan.
Enjoy fitbloggin this week and hit the Rocky training again next week. The slow periods happen but you are heading in the right direction to 299.
