Glad you're starting to feel some relief from the injuries and have the good sense to follow doctor's orders! And sounds like you've got realistic expectations for Ramadan. Keep powering through!

I am way behind on blog reading/listening.. :) I am so sorry for all the crap going on with your bod BUT you have been hitting it hard.. I love your message - NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!! You preach it!!! I also love that the 2 of us from the 2 opposite groups of people that try to hate each other will not let that happen in this world - I hope one day it will all be better - I don't think in my lifetime but we can always hope - meaning I am Jewish but I think you got that! ;)

Loved the video friend. I hope you get back to normal really soon. You are doing the right thing and taking care of yourself. I did the same thing though, I push through injuries.

I am glad you have been sharing your Ramadan experience with us. I really don't know much about it so it has been fun learning.
