I feel your pain...my long-time shoulder/arm injury has finally stopped me cold (yoga, kettlebells) and I am going to see a PT now....will probably have an MRI. Us oldsters take a loooong time to heal. That said, I am taking amazing power walks for a pretty much full body sweat!

I'm a newbie when it comes to heavy workouts. I also had an injury and I'm hoping I'll be having a fast recovery. Anyway, I'm inspired with your Vlog. Congrats for your achievements. You're inspiring. :-D

I'm already on my 5th session with my physical therapist. I've learned that it's really important to treat injuries immediately. BTW, thanks for sharing!

OH man, injuries are the suck. There is such a range in therapists too. I've had a hard time getting good ones assigned. I hope you have a great one and speedy recovery. Thanks for the update!

My shoulders had this problem since I was younger and my friends had the same problem with his lower back for years after lifting heavy weights. The doctor said just to train his back and make it stronger which he has don but it will never be the same after an injury
