These are some of my goals I would like to accomplish, they are in no particular order.
- Walk a 5k - Completed July 2010
- Run 1 mile nonstop - Completed March 2013
- Run a 5k nonstop
- Complete a half marathon
- Do an unassisted pull-up
- Do a normal pushup (Wide leg) - Completed September 2012
- Do a normal pushup (Closed leg)
- Bench 225 lbs - Completed September 2012
- Bench 300 lbs
- Fly without a seatbelt extender
- Ability to buy clothes from a store other than Big & Tall - Completed March 2013
- Go rock climbing
- Ride a roller coaster
- Take my shirt off in public
- Learn how to surf
- Become a certified personal trainer
- Join a recreation softball team
- Ride a horse
- Go to a waterpark
- Go scuba diving
- Visit a tropical place
- Learn how to snowboard
- Earn my MBA
- Obtain PMP Certification - Completed February 2012
- Do the Skyrise Chicago Event
- Lose 100 lbs - Completed July 2012
- Lose 200 lbs
- Get weight down into the 300's - Completed April 2012
- Get weight down into the 200's
- Complete a Mudrunner Race
- Complete Indoor Triathlon - Completed March 2013
- Complete Sprint Triathlon
This is an amazing goal list!! Wow, keep these things in mind because everyone of them holds so much motivation. Never give up.

Hi Allan. I enjoy your site and started browsing. I noticed in the goals you earned your PMP in February. How long did it take and how hard was that test?
