Yes to all of your goals! I shared so many of these goals throughout my weight loss journey. It is ALL worth it.

P.S. are you in Chicago?

Hi Allan. I enjoy your site and started browsing. I noticed in the goals you earned your PMP in February. How long did it take and how hard was that test?

I'm currently accumulating hours and work towards the certification.

Great job on the blog and like the video blog series.

This is such a great list of goals, Alan! I need to do something like this too. I have a 30 before 30, but sometimes it works against me because there is a deadline and I get unmotivated.

It was great meeting you at FitBloggin this past weekend! xoxo

Alan, what I like about your list of goals is not everything is a major event. You have some simple things on there like taking your shirt off in public or riding a roller coaster. Not simple to you, but it helps remind me not to take things for granted and that not every goal has to be an Ironman. Congrats on all your success so far. I enjoyed following your tri with Joe.
