In 2003 I lost 120 lbs and weighted 300 lbs



I have not been able to located any pictures of me before 2003, I rarely took any pictures in those days.

it's a sheer fantastic idea to exhibit your 'progress pictures' in your profile. making strict habitual changes are tough especially in the long run to come to the position which is most desired. I am glad to have found someone to inspire and motivate others this way. mostly, all i see in other places are just single before and after weight loss pics. congratulations to you for your success so far and hope more will come your way.

Awesome progress! I really admire your tenacity in sticking with it...
it can be so hard to stay the course when progress seems slow and the end goal seems so far away. But really, that is the secret...just don't give up...I have to keep reminding myself of that! It's not about perfection, it's about consistency. I'll be following along with you!
